Costume Technician 1, 2 and 3
SeaWorld San Antonio has exciting opportunities for costuming professionals with sewing experience. Our costume technicians work with a wide variety of costumes, costumed characters and crafting materials. Duties include fixing major and minor costume repairs, building new costumes and character overlays, processing laundry, makeup application, costume organization and filling in as a dresser when needed.
- Costume Technicians are hired into level 1, 2, or 3 as as determined by a sewing test during the interview process.
- Applicants must be comfortable working in show areas under all weather conditions and in dark/nighttime conditions.
- Applicants must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Applicants must be able to communicate via radio and work in a team environment.
Starting Hourly Pay Rate: $9.09
Dresser
SeaWorld San Antonio has exciting opportunities for costume professionals with basic sewing experience. Our dressers assist with a wide variety of costumes, including costumed characters. Duties include fixing minor costume repairs, processing laundry, costume organization and performing an operational dresser role.
- Applicants must be comfortable working in show areas under all weather conditions and in dark/nighttime conditions.
- Applicants must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Applicants must be able to communicate via radio and work in a team environment.
Starting Hourly Pay Rate: $8.20
