About this Role
SeaWorld San Antonio has exciting opportunities for dancers who can dazzle the stage with passion and high energy and demonstrate technical proficiency in a variety of styles including jazz, musical theatre, ballet, and modern. Dancers perform in multiple high-energy shows per day to connect with our guests and create memories that last a lifetime.
- A variety of employment periods are available:
- Spring (January - May)
- Summer (May - September)
- Halloween (September - October)
- Christmas (October - December)
- Day & evening shifts are available, depending on park operating and performance schedules.
- You must be at least 16 years old at the time of the audition.
Starting Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour
Dancers
SeaWorld San Antonio has opportunities for dancers who can dazzle the stage with passion and high energy. Dancers must be technically proficient and possess excellent stage presence.
- Partnering skills are a plus.
- Hip hop and break dancing skills are a plus.
- Tumbling is a plus.
Costumed Character Dancers
SeaWorld San Antonio has opportunities for dancers who can perform while wearing a full body costume. Bring our characters to life dancing in high-energy shows that bring a smile to kids of all ages.
- We are looking for dancers in the 4’11” to 6’1" height range.
Prepare for the Audition
- Please wear form fitting dance attire that allows a full range of movement.
- Please wear the appropriate footwear for the role you are auditioning for.
- Please arrive early enough to stretch and warm up before the audition begins.
- You will be taught a brief dance combination at the audition; be prepared to learn and perform.
- Auditioning can be a lengthy process; you may be asked to stay for a callback.
- Prepare a resume and headshot, which will be retained by the audition team.
